Payment methods


1. Cash on delivery


You pay the cash fee to the courier upon receipt of your order. The cash on delivery costs may vary depending on the delivery area. You will be informed of the exact cost of your delivery before you complete your order.


2. Payment by deposit in a Eurobank bank account or through Viva Wallet


You will be required to make a deposit only after all the products of your order have been conveyed to our office. You will then be notified via email at the email address you have provided during your registration to the website. The email will disclose the exact amount that needs to be deposited as well as the details of the bank account to which payment must be made. Payment for the order must be made upon receipt of said email. It is necessary to indicate the name of the customer and the number of the order on the receipt of the bank payment. The order number can be found both in the email received by the customer upon the successful completion of their order as well as in the details of the order that can be seen by logging in to an account on, provided that the customer is a registered user. The products will be sent only after the payment of the order by the customer and the relevant notification of the bank regarding payment completion. If the customer fails to make a deposit within 3 working days the order will be canceled and the customer will be notified via email. 


3. Payment by credit, debit or prepaid card


For your own safety, we have selected the Viva Wallet e-money institution for the provision of payment services. For the successful completion of payment by credit, debit or prepaid card, you will be redirected to the secure environment of Viva payments. Your card will be charged through the Viva Payments service. Supported cards: Viva, Mastercard, Maestro.

VIVA ELECTRONIC SERVICES SA does not store or process the details of the card used. The payment process through debit, credit and prepaid cards is handled exclusively within the Viva Payments system. Our company is not responsible for any violation of the software and/or security systems of Viva Wallet due to malicious actions or for any technical errors that might occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
