3beez.gr is the website of Three Rivers Entertainment LP, which includes an online store. It is a Greek company with registered offices in Voula, at 58 Vouliagmenis Avenue, TIN: 801012860 / Tax Office of Glyfada.


3. Personal data collected and processing of information.

The information or personal data that you provide are subject to processing under the Data Protection Policy and Cookies Policy. For your registration or for a purchase, you will be asked for the absolutely necessary information required to perform the requested action. By using this website you agree to the processing of such information and data and you declare that all information and data you provide is true and accurate.

7. Purchase without registration / Purchase as a visitor


On this Website, you can make a purchase as a visitor. When you make a purchase, you have the possibility to create an account or finalize your purchase as a visitor. This requires only the necessary information for the processing and completion of the purchase.

Order

7.1 Product availability

We do the utmost to update our website on the availability of products. In case a product is not available, we will inform you via email to the email address you have provided and/or by phone. In case you paid via bank transfer or credit card, we will refund you the amount of your order with the same method you used for the purchase within 3 working days.


7.2 Acceptance of order

You will receive an email to the email address you have provided accepting your order as soon as we check the stock availability.


7.3 Rejection of order

We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time and/or to remove or process any material or content on this Website.

Although we do the utmost to process all submitted orders, exceptional cases may arise in which case we may have to refuse to process an order after we sent you the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to act as such at any time at our sole discretion. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any product from the website, or for the removal or processing of any material or content of the website, or for the refusal of processing or accepting an order after sending the Order Confirmation.

7.4 Delivery

Subject to the above terms, we shall make every effort to complete your order. Delivery time is 1-4 business days and it depends mainly on the geographical area to which the order is sent. You can find out more on the procedure and charges in the Terms of Shipment. In periods of discounts or high workload, the delivery time may be longer than the estimated.

7.5 Price and payment

The price of each product will be the one defined at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always make sure that all the prices on our website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the possibility to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If it is impossible to contact you, we will consider that your order has been canceled and we will refund you the full amount you may have paid.
We are not obliged to provide you with any product at a wrong lower price (even if we have sent you a shipment confirmation email) in case the error is obvious and indisputable.
The prices on our website include VAT but not the shipping and cash on delivery costs, which are added to the total price upon completion of the order.
The prices may change at any time, however, without prejudice to what is specifically mentioned above, any changes will not affect the orders for which you have already been sent an order confirmation.

Payment may be made in accordance with the Payment Terms in the Fixed Payments field and which you should refer to before completing your order.




8. Entering into agreement

It will not be considered that an agreement has been drawn up between our company and you (the customer) regarding any products, except when the order has been explicitly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order after the payment has been made, then you will be refunded in full in the same method the payment was made.
We will enter into an agreement for the purchase of a product only after we send you a shipment confirmation email.
The agreement will only apply to products whose shipment has been confirmed in the Shipment Confirmation.

We are not obliged to provide you with any further products that may be part of your order, except when the shipment of these products is confirmed with a separate Shipment Confirmation.



9. Easy Product Returns

To return a product, you must contact us directly through the contact form in the Contact field or at contact@3beez.gr within 14 calendar days upon receipt. You will need to provide us with the code of your order and indicate which product you wish to return. After receiving and accepting your request to return an order or part of it, you will receive an email with the instructions for the return. In the event that we are not informed in writing about the Return Application and the products are returned without informing us, the products will not be accepted or will be returned to the shipping address at the recipient’s expense.
In order for the change to be accepted, the products must be in their original condition, not used, opened or worn, and must necessarily be accompanied by the sales document (receipt or invoice).
You may not return books or products whose original packaging has been removed.
After receiving and accepting your request to return an order or part of it, you will receive an email with the instructions for the return.
If you want other product(s) you must place a new order.
Τα έξοδα επιστροφής σε αυτή τη περίπτωση επιβαρύνουν εσάς και δε θα γίνονται δεκτά δέματα με χρέωση του παραλήπτη. In this case, the return costs are covered by you and any packages at the recipient’s expense will not be accepted. In case we receive a package at the recipient’s expense, it will not be accepted or it will be returned to you at your own expense.

The deadline for the return expires 14 calendar days from the day you received the products. It is your responsibility to prove the timely notification of our company and the time you exercised your right.

Company Obligations

Without prejudice to what is explicitly defined herein, if you withdraw from a purchase according to the provisions herein, we will refund you in full including any delivery costs (except for the additional costs deriving from your choice to use other delivery methods than the cheapest delivery method available), deducting, however, the return cost in case you used the General Post, in accordance with the above.
The refund will be made immediately, without undue delay and in any case no later than twenty (20) days from the date on which the Company received the returned products in accordance with the above provisions and without prejudice to the provisions of this article. In the case the purchase of the returned product was made using the cash on delivery method, the refund will be made by crediting your bank account, details of which you will provide us when exercising your right of withdrawal, since by accepting these terms, you will also explicitly and unreservedly declare that you consent to a different way of refunding your money as a result of withdrawal. In case the payment was made via debit/credit card, your money will be returned to your account where the charge was made.



10.Return of Products due to withdrawal

We reserve the right to delay the refund until we receive the products in the same good condition in which you received them. In case of withdrawal in accordance with the above, it is clarified that you shall also return, along with the initial product, any products purchased with a discount due to the purchase of the withdrawn product, otherwise it will be considered that the withdrawal was not exercised and therefore we bear no responsibility.

You acknowledge and agree that any reduction in the value of the returned products is under your responsibility, and any value reduction is the result of how you treat the products, except when it is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the products. It is clarified, however, that in order to get a refund in case of withdrawal or if you choose to proceed with a credit/change, the product we receive must be in the same excellent condition as it was received, without damage and in whole, within its original packaging and to be accompanied by all relevant documents (receipt, return form and/or return receipt, product tags). The Company shall NOT accept products that are returned after a withdrawal which are dirty, damaged, scratched, creased and which give the impression that they were used more than required to determine their suitability.

All products should be returned in good general condition and clean just as they were delivered by the Company.

Also, the returned product should be accompanied by all the necessary documents received upon receipt, otherwise the Company shall not accept it as you agree that you did not legally and under the terms herein exercised the right of withdrawal.

11. Defective-incomplete-wrong product - Right of withdrawal under Law 2251/1994

We are making every effort to send you the products intact and correctly. In the event that you receive a defective, incomplete or incorrect product and you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must fill in the contact form in the Contact field. In case you receive the incorrect or defective product, you reserve the right, within 14 days, to contact us by phone or via email at contact@3beez.gr and tell us about the defect in the product or our mistake in the execution of your order and whether you wish to replace the product with the correct/non-defective product or be refunded.

Our Company undertakes to cover the total cost of the return and shipping of the correct/non-defective product if both the return and shipping we made with General Post. In the event that, for any reason and cause, you wish for another way of return/shipping, you will bear the additional costs incurred by your own means of transportation.

You explicitly acknowledge and accept that the replacement of a product is subject to the availability of the right/ non-defective product in our store at the time you inform us.

In case the replacement is not feasible, you will be refunded in full including any delivery costs (except for the additional costs due to your choice to use other ways of return/delivery than the cheapest way of return/delivery we offer), without prejudice to what is explicitly defined below. The refund will be made immediately, without undue delay and in any case no later than four days from the date on which the Company will receive the products returned in accordance with the above and without prejudice to the provisions hereof.You explicitly agree that the replacement of products, whose order was executed incorrectly, is carried out if the product to be replaced is returned to your Company in the same good condition that it was initially received.
The Company shall not replace products that are dirty, damaged, worn, which are different from the reported defect or products that are not accompanied by all documents (receipt, return form and/or return receipt, product tags) you received from us.
In the case of a return of a defective product, the Company holds the right to reserve the replacement or to refund your money, in case there are not sufficient information to deem the product as defective.The refund is made by crediting your bank account, details of which you will provide us when exercising your right of withdrawal. In any case, no costs will be charged for such a refund. Claims for compensation or financial satisfaction of all kinds and legal basis are excluded, as well as claims of any kind for damages to health, life and physical integrity.


Order cancellation by User

In addition to the other cases mentioned herein, you may cancel your order in the following cases:

Prior to submitting your order, you can technically remove the quantities of products that you do not wish to order from your Basket, by pressing the “X” button, which removes the respective Products. Upon receiving the order acknowledgment but prior to the order confirmation and shipping of the products and for a period of two (2) hours. You can cancel your order by sending an email to contact@3beez.gr. For the purposes of the present, the email is considered to have been received by us on the next working day from the date it was sent, and we can cancel your order accordingly, only if we receive your email prior to sending you the shipment confirmation of your products.

In addition, if www.3beez.gr modifies your order according to the terms herein, you can cancel your order in its entirety or the part which may not be processed by us.

Order cancellation by the Company

In addition to the other cases mentioned herein, www.3beez.gr may cancel your order and/or Agreement at any stage in the following situations:

Due to a technical error the product you ordered is not available and it was not updated in the system in a timely manner, and/or the product cannot be supplied by the Company for any reason whatsoever.
Due to a technical error, the price indicated on the product or its description is incorrect. At our absolute discretion, we consider that you are involved in unfair practices when ordering, or when you do not use the ordering system of www.3beez.gr .
Non-repayment.
Failure to receive the Products in accordance with the terms hereof.
The execution of the order is contrary to laws, rules and regulations.
In cases of force majeure.
In case the Product of the canceled order has been paid, www.3beez.gr will refund you without any delay.


Cancellation upon receipt of the product.

Upon receipt of the product, the order is canceled by exercising your Withdrawal Right according to the above. Your refusal to receive your products upon delivery by the transport company is equivalent to a withdrawal, a right to which the above applies.

Delay in Delivery

The Company makes every effort to deliver your products in a timely and appropriate manner, however, we reserve the possibility that the delivery of your product(s) may be delayed in case (indicatively mentioned) of (a) the shipment of the product was delayed by our supplier due to e.g. transfer stall, force majeure, etc., and as a result we do not have it in stock when we initially estimated, (b) there is a force majeure event such as extreme weather, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect transport and delivery of your order, (c) there is a lack of adequate inventory (stock). In the above cases, you will be contacted to ask if you want to deliver the order without the product that was delayed or is not available, or to suggest an alternative product, or to inform you about the delivery time of the product that is not readily available. In case you are not satisfied by our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order in full or in part and we will refund you. In case of delay, you can contact our Company at contact@3beez.gr and declare the cancellation of your order in its entirety or part of it. Responsibility upon delivery We inform you that

our Company is the sole responsible party for any damage or loss of your products until you (or any third parties you have authorized) obtain the physical possession of the products. In case you are not present at the indicated address on the defined delivery date to receive the products, our transport company (General Post) will try to finalize the delivery two more (2) times, the following working days.

If the delivery is not finalized, your order will automatically be returned to us and registered as Refusal. It is expressly agreed and exceptionally to the general rule of liability that concerns us that you bear the responsibility for the loss or damage of the Products, and the Products are kept in accordance with the terms of transport and at your own expense.

Please note that the Company maintains a special list for customers who have placed orders and have not received their Products (they refused delivery or were not at the delivery address at the agreed time) or who have made high value purchases (over 300 Euros) and have refused delivery at least once. Orders made by customers on this list, for which the payment method is cash on delivery, are canceled even if they have been successfully completed. If such customers choose a different payment method then their order is sent normally.


12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as such” and “as provided” and we do not provide any warranty or declaration, either explicit or implicit, in relation to the Service, indicatively implicit guarantees or attributes of completeness, accuracy, satisfactory quality and/or suitability for a specific purpose.

You acknowledge that :

a) it is technically impossible to provide the service for all kinds of defects and we do not undertake such liability

b) malfunctions can lead to temporary interruption of services

c) the results receive from the service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors , and

d) the operation of the service may be adversely affected by conditions and actions out of our control, including, but not limited to, broadcasting and telecommunications connections between us, between different Departments of our network and between us and other systems and networks.

In addition, you acknowledge that some information, for instance the software, is provided by third parties and therefore does not offer guarantee of any kind, in connection with this information.

We shall be held liable towards you in any case for failure, defects, or delays in the service including cases where :

a) you have declared incorrect information when connecting to the service.

b) you accidentally deleted an item provided by the Service and/or

c) you failed to comply with the instructions we provided.

It is clarified that the content of the website is recreational and not informative and therefore, the users’ behavior shall not be affected by the information contained therein, and we shall not be held liable in the event that any of the information contained on the website proves to be inaccurate or untrue as it comes from third parties whose reliability we cannot be verified. We shall not be held liable in particular for any positive or detrimental damage to the users and visitors of the website and/or its content. In any case, however, we will do the utmost to ensure the accuracy of the information that we will include on the website and will come from us. We do not take any responsibility for information, news and data that have been incorporated on the website and come from third parties.


13. User liability, liability and waiver of liability

We provide you the service only for personal, private use. You undertake to not use the service:

a) for unlawful, immoral, or contrary to good morals and commercial purposes

b) in such a way that the service is interrupted, destroyed, becomes less effective or its functionality becomes insufficient

c) in a way that can damage or destroy the computer of any other user

d) for the transmission, uploading, or dispatch of viruses against computers or other harmful software that may delete files or programs.

e) for the transmission, uploading or dispatch of material which may be defamatory, offensive, racist, vulgar, abusive, inappropriate or threatening, or in such a way that it may cause discomfort, or undue stress.

f) as a means to threaten, surveil, harass, abuse, or by other means offend other users or as a means to collect or store other users personal data.

g) in a way that infringes or impairs any right of a natural person, company, or business (such intellectual property and classified/confidential information).

h) as a means to transmit material for the purpose of publicity, promotion and/or advertising without our prior written consent unless such transmission has been specifically requested by another User of the Service.

i) for the creation of a false identity with the aim to deceive others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of the message, such as the impersonation as an employee of 3BEEZ.GR
j) for the transmission, uploading, announcement or otherwise publication of any permissible or prohibited advertising and promotional material, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, pyramids or any other copied or non-requested messages.

Despite the above, we do not control content that you or other users of the Service send and therefore, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or quality. By using the Service you acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable.

In addition, although we do your best to verify the Information and content of the website for viruses, it is recommended that you use anti-virus software for any information and/or content acquired by the Service. Under no circumstances we shall be liable for any content or damage resulting from your access to any content sent or otherwise transmitted by the Service.
You accept that we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to refuse access or withdraw any content made available through the Service. As part of the Service we provide you, we also provide various message boards, chat rooms, blogs, profile pages, and messaging and communication services (the Service) which offer you and other users the opportunity to submit, upload, send, provide, transmit and/or exchange information, ideas, opinions, records, data, information and content with other users and/or with us and these will be named “Posts” , “Posting”. If a Posting originates from you or your user ID, you hereby agree that:
a) You place the posting in the public domain without any reservation of rights or further control over the posting or use thereof and specifically authorize 3BEEZ.GR and its related companies to use the posting in whole or in part, worldwide and that you automatically provide 3BEEZ.GR and its related companies, without rights/rewards, the constant, irrevocable, unlimited, not exclusive authorization for the use, reproduction, modification, publication, processing, adaptation, creation of derivative material, translation, distribution, interpretation, disposal and the use in any way of the Postings and all its elements as a whole or in part of other works in any form, means, or technology already known or technology that will evolve or be discovered in the future, and the licensing or sub-licensing of these rights through many sub-licensors and without any notice or obligation for remuneration, recognition of maternity or other recognition to you.
b) you are the sole and exclusive creator, author, and owner of your posting, and that no one else holds any right to your posting.

Intellectual Property Rights You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, trademarks and other intellectual property right on the Website shall remain with the property of the owner or our licensees. 15. Right to modify these Terms of use and purchase

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time. When you order products from us or when you use of this website, you are subject to the applicable Terms and Policies, unless any amendments to the Policies, our Terms or Privacy Policy are required by law or the government, in which case any amendments will also apply to orders placed prior to the amendments.
